not going to write much. but I just have to say thank you for all of you little crazies out there that actually bought this record in stores and on Itunes. I was a crazy too, and bought my own record...but it's so freaking exciting!! want to know something ridiculous? LITTLE VOICE is the #2 album OVERALL on itunes right now. It's been out for 3 days. That's stupidly crazy-ass weird. You all are spreading the love (and hopefully no diseases) and I have you to thank for this incredible accomplishment. So go buy yourself a soda or a golden girls dvd and relax knowing that somewhere in the world, there is a little songwriter...hopelessly grateful for your generosity.

i've been playing your album for days. i think toddy (my ipoddy. i tend to name inanimate objects.) is probably worn out. thanks for renewing my faith in music. especially with female artists. i look forward to see you in concert. i hope you'll come down to the ATL. the tabernacle is the best and my favorite venue!

im addicted to your song Gravity. it makes me think of my Dad..he molested me for years and im finally in therapy for it. Its weird im telling you this, i don't tell anyone my thoughts. Anyhow your song is helping me with my healing process. But i love all your other songs to, but Gravity is my favorite, and Fairytale..my littles love fairytale.

I saw GirlPlay during a GLBT Film Festival here in Houston, my hometown. Went on a mad online search for the great voice behind "Fairytale". Found Careful Confessions on your website and bought it right then and there. Listened to it every day since I got it, seriously, EVERY SINGLE DAY! Held my breath for Little Voice's release, and just picked it up yesterday. I would have been in line at Midnight on July 3rd, but I was in Vegas getting married the day your CD released (we played "One Sweet Love" at the end of the ceremony, FOR REAL!). It was the first song I sang for my new wife, and became "our song". You're now tied to us forever. You're a big part of our relationship, isn't THAT weirazing? We saw you in concert at the Meridian earlier this year. THe tickets were an anniversary present to my babe. We love you. COME BACK TO HOUSTON!!!
BTW...I heard Mirriam-Webster just added the word "Ginormous" to the dictionary, as a combination of the words "Gigantic" and Enormous". I'm lobbying them next year for "Weirazing"... :)
I found your Love Song single as a free song of the week on ITunes a couple weeks ago and loved it so much that I downloaded Gravity and Bottle it Up because they were the only other two available! And so I was anxiously awaiting your album and am psyched for the breath of fresh air you have given to popular music!! As of 7/11/07 your album is the #1 album on ITunes!

i still remember when you played "gravity" at UCLA's Spring Sing my freshman year and thinking that you were my density and that I wouldn't be surprised if your music melted some faces off. You are ridiculous and i wish you the best!

I was inspired by everyone's comments that I decided to write about my first time...
I first heard your "Confessions" CD in Italy while I was studying abroad. I was going through some tough times, and found myself really connecting to your music. My roommate, Amber, played your CD everyday, and it gave me hope.
I have now played both CD's in my showroom for over a year, and have made many other fans out of my co-workers and clients. When they hear your music over the speakers, they ask, "Who is this". Misty loves coming into our showroom for this reason.
I like to think that I have shared the happiness your voice and words have brought to my life.

PS, my favourite memory of "Love Song" was when I was Snowboarding in the mountains and your voice came in and was back ground music to my LIFE. That song always brings me back to one of the best days and now I can play it dans la PIANO!! You are so talented, thank you for not bottling it up :)
